Synkrea CRM is a complete platform for managing and automating relationships with the members of your Skool community. It combines a Chrome extension that works directly on top of Skool with a web dashboard where you centralize leads, automations, analytics, and artificial intelligence.

How it works​

  1. Install the extension in Chrome and connect it to your Synkrea account.
  2. Sync your community from Skool to import all your members as leads.
  3. Automate direct messages, comment replies, and onboarding sequences.
  4. Analyze your community's performance with revenue, engagement, and referral metrics.

The extension integrates directly into Skool and lets you:

  • View and manage members with advanced filters (plan, role, level, ACE score).
  • Send personalized DM campaigns with templates and variables.
  • Create automated message sequences (PRO plan).
  • Publish posts and manage a content calendar.
  • Detect new members and trigger auto-replies.

Web Dashboard​

The dashboard centralizes all your CRM information:

  • Leads: complete view of each member with ACE scoring, history, and notes.
  • AI Agent: automatic AI-powered replies to DMs and comments (PRO plan).
  • Sequences: automated DM flows with triggers and conditions (PRO plan).
  • Analytics: revenue projection and referral leaderboard.
  • Live Calls: tracking of Skool live calls.
