DM Inbox​

The Inbox section (/dashboard/inbox) centralizes direct messages:

  • Conversation view with leads.
  • History of sent and received messages.
  • AI-suggested replies you can approve, edit, or discard.

AI replies to comments​

The AI Comments section (/dashboard/ai-comments) automates replies to comments on posts:

  • Monitors new comments.
  • Generates contextual replies.
  • Automatic publishing or with prior review.

Configuring the AI​

From /dashboard/integrations (AI Settings section):

  • Tone: professional, casual, friendly.
  • Preferred language.
  • Custom instructions: context about your community.
  • Mode: automatic vs. with review.
