Lead management

The Leads section (/dashboard/leads) is the heart of the CRM, where you manage all members imported from your communities.

Lead view​

Each lead shows avatar, name/username, email, ACE Score, pipeline status (New/Contacted/Replied/Closed/Lost), subscription plan, role, and metrics.

Search by name/email/username and filters by status, plan, ACE score, and group.

Lead detail​

A modal with the full profile: bio, social links, billing data (amount, currency, frequency, MRR, LTV), activity history, onboarding answers, private notes, and referrals.

Lead groups​

From /dashboard/leads/groups: create groups with a name and color to segment leads.

CSV export (PRO)​

Automatic status​

The status automatically advances from New to Contacted when the Sequence Engine sends the first DM.
