/dashboard/communities/{id}/live-calls shows your community's live call history.
Call tracking
Automatically logs the title, type, date, and host of each call.
Live Polls
During a call, the host can launch interactive polls:
- Click the poll button next to the chat.
- Participants respond by typing in the chat.
- Synkrea collects responses in real time.
- On close: ranking with counts, percentages, and an "other" breakdown.
- Results are recorded in the CRM, linked to each lead.
Automatic lead creation
If a participant doesn't exist as a lead, Synkrea automatically creates one with platform_sources: ['live_poll'].
