Sequences in the Dashboard

Sequence list​

/dashboard/sequences shows all your sequences with name, community, trigger, status, number of steps, and creation date.

Creating a sequence​

  1. Basic info: name, community, active/paused status.
  2. Trigger: new member or plan change (with source/target plan filters).
  3. Conditions: lead status, plan, role.
  4. Advanced settings: delay calculation, send only if online.

Step editor​

  • Add steps with a message (supports variables) and a delay.
  • Reorder steps by dragging.
  • Template picker with /.
  • Variable panel to insert at the cursor position.

Relationship with the extension​

The dashboard configures it; the extension's Sequence Engine executes it. They communicate via the API Gateway.
