The Automations tab groups tools for automating communication and content in your community.
DM campaigns
Send personalized direct messages to batches of members.
Creating a campaign
- Go to Automations > DM > Campaigns.
- Configure name, audience (manual or by filters), message with variables, and optional GIFs.

caution
DMs are sent with pauses between sends to respect Skool's API limits. Don't close the browser while a campaign is in progress.
Templates
Manage reusable message templates from Automations > DM > Templates.
Post publishing
Create and publish posts directly to your community from Automations > Posts.
Calendar
Monthly view of scheduled and published posts from Automations > Calendar.
DM history
Log of all sent DMs (visible to super admins only).
