Member management
The extension's Members tab is your operations hub for managing your Skool community's members directly from the browser.
Member view
The list shows all synced members with avatar, name, role (color-coded), subscription plan, level/points, and ACE Score.
Available filters

Groups
Organize members into custom categories with a name and color. Groups sync between the extension and the dashboard.
Per-member notes
Each member has a private note field saved to the CRM and synced with the dashboard.
CSV export
Standard CSV (15 columns)
Same columns as Skool's native export: first name, last name, email, invited by, join date, onboarding questions/answers, price, plan, and LTV.
Enriched CSV (52 columns)
Includes everything in the standard CSV plus: identifiers, contact info, activity metrics, billing data, extended profile, source, social links, and onboarding.
Sync
The Sync button runs a two-phase process:
- CSV import: uses Skool's official export for basic data.
- Enrichment: goes through
members.jsonfor advanced fields on each profile.
