Automated sequences

Sequences are automated direct message flows that are sent when members meet certain conditions.
Key concepts
- Flow: defines the trigger, conditions, and active/paused status.
- Step: message template + configurable delay (days, hours, minutes).
- Enrollment: tracks a lead's progress through the sequence.
Available triggers

Advanced settings
- Delay calculation: from enrollment or from the previous step.
- Send only if online: waits until the lead is online on Skool.
Automatic stop conditions
| Condition | Reason |
|---|---|
| Lead replied | Sent a message after the last send |
| Manual owner DM | The owner sent a manual DM |
| Active conversation | 30+ messages in the channel |
| Unreachable lead | Skool API returns 404 |
| Repeated failures | 5 failed attempts with backoff |
Daily quota
Each community has a daily sending quota that resets at midnight UTC.
