Connect your Skool community
For Synkrea CRM to manage your community's members, you need to link it from the dashboard.
Create the community in the dashboard
- Go to synkrea.com/dashboard.
- In the community selector (top of the sidebar), click Add community.
- Enter your Skool community's slug (the part shown in the URL:
skool.com/your-slug). - Synkrea will automatically detect the community's name and basic data.
Sync members
Once the community is created, you need to import its members:
- Open Skool in Chrome and navigate to your community.
- Open the Synkrea side panel (click the extension icon).
- Go to the Members tab.
- Click Sync.
The sync runs in two phases:
- Phase 1 (CSV): imports basic data for all members in seconds using Skool's native export.
- Phase 2 (Enrichment): goes through profiles one by one to gather advanced data (bio, social links, activity metrics, onboarding answers).
tip
The enrichment phase can take several minutes for large communities. You can keep using Skool while it runs in the background.
Verify the connection
After syncing, verify that:
- Members appear in the extension's Members tab.
- Leads appear under
/dashboard/leadsin the web dashboard. - The community selector in the dashboard shows your community as active.
Multiple communities
- BASIC plan: allows 1 community.
- PRO and AGENCIA plans: allow unlimited communities.
To switch the active community, use the selector at the top of the dashboard sidebar.
