Install the Chrome extension

The Synkrea CRM extension integrates directly into your Chrome browser to work on top of Skool without leaving the platform.

Prerequisites​

  • Google Chrome (version 110 or later).
  • An active Synkrea CRM account.
  • At least one Skool community where you are an admin or moderator.

Installation steps​

1. Download the extension​

Download the extension .zip file from your Synkrea dashboard, or from the link provided by your administrator (if you're on an Agencia white-label plan).

2. Enable developer mode​

  1. Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/.
  2. Enable the Developer mode toggle in the top-right corner.

3. Load the extension​

  1. Click Load unpacked.
  2. Select the unzipped extension folder (the one containing manifest.json).
  3. The extension will appear in your toolbar with the Synkrea icon.

4. Sign in​

  1. Click the Synkrea icon in the extensions bar.
  2. Enter your Synkrea CRM email and password.
  3. Once authenticated, the extension will connect automatically to your dashboard.

Verify the installation​

Navigate to any Skool community. You should see:

  • The Synkrea side panel accessible from the extension icon.
  • A green status indicator ("Connected") on the Home tab.

Updating the extension​

When a new version is available:

  1. Download the new .zip from your dashboard.
  2. Unzip it, replacing the previous folder.
  3. Go to chrome://extensions/ and click the extension's reload button.
