Capture your first leads
Leads are the core of Synkrea CRM. Every member of your Skool community becomes a lead with an enriched profile you can manage, score, and contact.
How leads are captured
Full sync
From the extension's Members tab, the Sync button imports all current members of your community, including name, email, username, subscription plan, level, activity points, role, onboarding answers, bio, location, social links, and billing data.
Real-time detection
While browsing Skool with the extension active, Synkrea automatically detects new members appearing in the member list, chat/DM threads, and post comments.
ACE Score
Synkrea automatically assigns an ACE Score to each lead based on activity, commitment, and economics:

|---|---|
| Hot | High activity + paid plan + high engagement |
| Warm | Moderate activity, conversion potential |
| Cold | Low activity or recent member with no engagement |
| Dormant | No recent activity, possible churn |
Lead statuses
- New: just captured, not yet contacted.
- Contacted: at least one DM has been sent.
- Replied: the lead has replied to a message.
- Closed: successful conversion.
- Lost: discarded lead.
